Adult Abstract and Mixed Media Art Classes
Step into an artistic atmosphere where freethinking and open-mindedness are enthusiastically encouraged. All art materials are provided!
You’ll work with acrylic paints and watercolors, markers, pastels and learn how to mix and apply them using different tools. You’ll learn composition using line, texture, shape, form, color, and values. Discover how to combine different materials to create a unique piece of art. Get inspired by contemporary artists that will be shared in class, as you progressively develop your own style. And I’ll use my intuition to guide you every step of the way.
You don’t need any experience—only a desire to create, learn, express, and (most importantly) have fun. There’s no judgment here… only growth and self-confidence.
What is Abstract Art?
Abstract art uses shapes, colors, forms, and gestural marks to represent a visual reality or the emotions it derives. As you progress in the experience of painting you’ll learn to let your intuition guide your expression of your very own personal creations. Abstract art is the door to go beyond knowledge and open a new way of imagination.
What is Mixed Media Art?
Mixed media is using more than one medium on a piece such as paints, collage, assembled junk, ink, watercolor, and more bringing out the crafty artist in you!

Meditation and Art Expression Workshop
Come enjoy centering and expressing your inner self in a fun, relaxing, and inspiring way by enhancing your creative side.
You’ll begin with gentle guided meditation structured to help you release emotional clutter and prepare your visual expression. Fresh out of that meditative state, you’ll create a free expression of your feelings using color on a large piece of fine art paper. The workshop ends with the opportunity for students to share their experiences.
What is Meditative Art Expression?
Meditative Art Expression allows you to express the emotions you keep inside in a healthy nonverbal way by transforming them into your own personal creation. Meditation is a powerful means of relaxation of the body and mind, turning off the constant debilitating chatter and allowing you to connect to your true self.
Combined with the act of creating, meditation helps transform your feelings into art while in a state of self-awareness and free from judgment.

Where do the classes take place?
Classes take place in my quaint artist studio in Lambesc France (Provence) or at your preferred location in the surrounding areas.
Do I need any sort of skills or experience to take any of your classes?
Not at all! You’ll only need the desire to learn and have fun and I will meet you at your level and intuitively guide you from there. This is a judgment-free zone where all are encouraged to experiment and play.
Who are your classes for?
My classes are for people looking to tap into their own inner well of endless creativity and are open to incorporating meditation and spirituality as tools for a nourishing creative practice.
Can you give a class on location?
Yes! I can come to give a class to your group to your preferred location in and around Lambesc France and provide all the art materials you need. Please get in touch using the form below to make arrangements.
Can you come to my company and give a class to the employees?
If you’re in Lambesc France or surrounding area, I offer corporate art classes in which you and your team can spend a relaxing and creative time together. Get in touch below and tell me what you have in mind.
Should I get art supplies?
If you are taking classes in my studio or if I’m traveling to you, there is no need to buy art supplies, as you’ll have access to my abundant collection of mediums and tools.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
For the meditative expression class, please bring a yoga mat or comfortable pillow, eye mask, or scarf to cover your eyes.
For any of my classes, make sure you wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting paint on. Bring a snack and water or favorite beverage.
